While at the used record store today I ran across a beautiful copy of David and David's Boomtown. Since I already have one and this excellent record was diiscussed in a recent post, I purchased it and have decided to Karma one of them away. I got my previous copy in perfect condition for 50 cents at a Salvation Army Thrift Store.

To be in you must own the equipment to enjoy it on and say "in". As a bonus I am also throwing in a copy of Yes' Close To The Edge since I only have five and the extra postage is zero. I will draw in a few days when enties seem to have dwindled. Good luck.

Thanks John, that's a hell of a nice gesture. And yes, I don't think I can yet fully appreciate the table I'm getting since I don't really have any prior experience (except for the crappy table my parents had when I was younger), but it sure looks nice and I can't wait to get started with it.

Any move you make with regards to the table itself would be pointless unless you spend 3K or more to get it. The only place to tweek on this one appears to be the cartidge and that's about it.

Again, congrats and welcome to the ABYSS. It's nothing but a black hole from this point on.:D:cool:

Ya see John, it's all about sharing the wealth, I don't have any money so I live vicarioulsy through other's who are about to become addicted to vinyl, hehehe!;) Ask Keiko or any other number of folks whom I relieved of their cash!!! Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk, nyuk, nyuk!!!

BTW after I get done with him he'll really be enjoying as Raife says, "Such Good Sound!"
