DOn't watch it. I like TV, and still hate 90% of what's on there, doesn't bother me in the least.

    Can you say common sense?

Oh I've been hooked on the series since it started. Anybody who's watching it knows where I'm coming from...I think:) Just when I think I'm getting it, they throw something else in the mix...

They "Lost" me after the first episode had a Polar Bear on a tropical island. That was enough for me.

My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

You're posting in the thread, so you either care about the program, or care about making ure that EVERYONE knows that you're too cool for TV.

Obviously seems the latter. We get it.

I too, have been a "Lostie" for years, and it is sometimes VERY frustrating. But overall it's the most fascinating thing on TV for years, and one of like 4 shows that I watch. I just hope that they have figured out a non-cheesy way to tie it all up. I'm gonna asplode if they pull a "it was all a dream" type thing, but I highly doubt they'll do that. Especially considering that last night they started to tie the timelines together. Elly knows about the other timeline, and Charlie, Daniel, and Desmond have had a glimpse of it (Desmond from both timelines), so it seems they will have to tie them together. /sigh. So much to wrap up in only 5 more episodes...

Bobman - I'm not "too cool" for TV. I just don't watch it and think it's a waste of time. We're becoming a nation of watchers instead of a nation of do'ers. (sp?) Other nations are out there hungry for what we have while we sit in front of the tube with that bag of potato chips in our lap. Rome eventually died my friend, don't want that to happen to us.

(boy, am I going to get hammered for this post :(:()

Great, so go start a thread about it then instead of crapping in someone else's thread...

You talk about us sitting in front of the tube with a bag of chips, yet you're too lazy to use Google to do a bit of research on something.

Actually, I have a bag of chips in my lap when I Wiki'd "Lost." :D:D Too may hits on Google. So it's something about a plane wreck on an island?

To stay on topic for the first sentence , I watched LOST the first three seasons but my shoulder illness or other issues made me loose track.I'd like very much to get the dvd set one day though.

Now what's wrong with people if after working 10 hr. shifts ,(2 hrs. of which will go to pay for wellfare and then 2 more hrs. will go to pay taxs) if they want to relax in their Lazyboy and watch the boob-tube after they've eaten and showered? I used to do it and I think our country is faltering because of completely different reasons then TV watching. I can't get into that here.

I don't mind the fact that some don't like TV but I really think they MISS OUT on some cool intertainment. No matter what form that entertainment might be. Now I don't know how people can sit and watch Wrestling but they might say the same about me and music.

Alot of HARD working people watch TV.I know, I was one of them.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

Not to mention the future of 'convergence' when the web, TV, news, PCs, Phone, etc. will become ONE! There will be NO escape for you.

And just exactly what do 'do-ers' DO? A lot of do-ers are people who are so uncomfortable with themselves and their own mortality that they have to be CONSTANTLY 'doing' something so as to keep their SELF at bay!

    The Do-er is an anti-Socratic "Don't know thyself....but DO!"
