Heading to Las Vegas

I'll be spending the latter half of Spring break in Vegas; a grand total of 3 nights. Reservations are already booked for the Vdara Resort & Spa at the newly opened CityCenter complex (figured I'd try something new, apart from the usual Bellagio/Paris hangouts).

I haven't been to Vegas in some while (for pleasure, that is), so any specific advice/suggestions on must-visit attractions, shows, events for the 3-day stay will be well-heeded. Also looking for some great places to eat, specifically, casual dining at its best. A buffet or two won't hurt. Try not to go overboard with Michelin stars...and unfortunately, no >21 places. Not there yet >_<

Bellagio buffet is wonderful, but I believe it was $30. Was worth it for the sushi bar and kobe beef I thought.
