I'm looking for an Audyssey mic for an Onkyo TX-SR805. I bought a receiver and it's on it's way but the guy lost the mic for it. If anyone has an extra, let me know how much you want for it. Thanks in advance for any help.;)

Darn I would have given you mine - postage. I just moved and re-setup my system always using Audyssey as a starting point. I frankly think it does a terrible job, robbing you of detail in music. I played the audio calibration DVD that came w/ my OPPO-83 and i was watching the Bass player but not hearing a single note he was playing.
I turned off Audyssey EQ, re-checked everything w/ my trusy Radio Shack Sound pressure meter and presto magic everything sounds awesome. There was a 8db difference to the level Audyssey set on my center channel and what I got manually.
I popped reference DVD back in and sure enough the Bass Player came to life.Onkyo TX-SR805
