My Atrium 60s just arrived from Polk eBay to finish my outdoor system.

Denon 1708 (return at BestBuy w/o remote or manual) - $150
Polk Atrium 45 (6) from Polk eBay - $150
Polk Atrium 60 (2) from Polk eBay - $165
Remote from online retailer - $35

Will pickup an IR extender and iPod dock before summer.

Listened to it for a little while tonight - I am going to be outside a lot this summer! Plus, I won't connect 2 of the 45s until we open the pool later on. And yes, if I can manage to keep myself from getting banned from the forum, I plan on having a Colorado gathering sometime this summer.

Awesome, I feel the same way too. Would rather have sound outdoors than be confined to the 2 channel rig.

    Outdoor speakers rock!

You were probably the one bidding against me in one of the auctions. One I lost by 99 cents. I scored a pair eventually and they too are on the way to me. Congrats bro. How do they sound, any pics? I can't wait to get mine, I'll run them off my Sony 7100ES and see how they perform.

I plan on adding some atriums to my patio when we build our new house this summer. Still have not decided on which ones to use and will be doing a lot of research in the coming months. Glad to hear that it is a good investment.
    Front - RTiA5's
    Rear - RTiA3's
    Center - CSiA4
    Sub - PSW110

The Atrium 60s are a steal if you can score them for less than $200.00 Some of the listings on Polk Ebay store are well below that price.

I was thinking about adding those next. But after the 60s and repositioning the 45s in the corners of the deck, I am going to have to turn down the bass.

The 60s are quite large. They are about the same size as my RTi6s. I wanted to do a comparison listening with my indoor speakers but was in too much of a hurry to get them up outside. I will try and help you with a review on them after I get the setup tweaked.

Pics will be added soon. Got a little too dark last night and I just wanted to sit and listen while I could.

I just got the 60s yesterday but haven't hung them yet -
    I cannot wait!
Unbelievably - I got them for free - as well as a micro-pro 1000 sub.....which is so cool compared to the PSW I had.

It was due to an error double order between our purchasing agent and the install company. I got to reap the benefits of bad paper work and good relationships.

We set up our new office with two fun rigs I spec'd and had a very good company called casaplex perform the install - all polk speakers & panny plasmas - the large AV conference room has a 65"screen w/5.1 - onkyo/TSI in-wall & FXi - the small conf room has a 50" screen w/ stereo using a Music Hall 25.2 integrated amp and the Atrium 60s - spec'd cause they are white

I will be posting on this with pics soon

    Sometimes good things happen

    Rock on
