Final Sound s110 sub

i just have a few questions about a subwoofer i recently bought. it is a final sound s110 8" sub. i have a pioneer 9040, polk tsi300 x2, and cs20 center. not sure what to set the phase to and mcacc sets all my speakers to large. shouldn't all speakers be set to small since i have a sub or just set the towers large at least and cross it over at 80-100hz? also there are some other knobs on the back of this sub and not sure what the correct setting for those either. any info is def wanted.
