Polk Customer Service

One word, OUTSTANDING! I have a PSW-125 and noticed yesterday that it had no power. Checked outlet and it is good. Next step, check fuse. Yup, you guessed it, FRIED! Not a trace of anything inside. So I call customer service after I pulled the amp(found a board inside had fried). Asked for model number and said a new one will be on its way today(still under warrenty)! Not a week from now, not a couple days, said it should be processed and on its way this afternoon and he said the new amp will have a 20% increase in power! You can not ask for any better service than that. Very professional and vast amount of knowledge(asked for help with a few other things while I had him on the line). Never did get his name, but wow, just plain awesome. This will help me greatly in making decisions about who to buy from in the future. Thanks to making a great company even better with great service, something that is sorely lacking in corporate America these days. All I can say is keep it up and a big THANKS!
