VISA nor my bank had anything to do with the refund. I did not file any claims with either one. PayPal handled it all themselves.

For the record, my PayPal account is unverified and does not tie to a bank account. It does tie to a debit card, but I am going to change that asap to a credit card.

I believe if you use a card bearing the Visa/MC logo you are afforded the same protections.

Actually Debit cards and Credit cards have different stipulations and they can vary widely and do not have the same protections.

As I always........always say; read the fine print because it can vary greatly.
