I am curious about peoples experiences with swapping the brass jumper plates with jumpers of speaker cable. Post some picks, what brand you used, results, etc.

I swapped out the jumpers for some 12 gauge monoprice wire that I had. I also added spikes at the same time. There was a noticeable difference when I listened to them again. I am not sure which one made the bigger difference since i did them at the same time. It is a super cheap tweak to do. I would strongly recommend trying it to see if it makes a difference in your setup.
    Front - RTiA5's
    Rear - RTiA3's
    Center - CSiA4
    Sub - PSW110

I had my LSI sitting on carpet, un-spiked for a while (one of the spikes must have fell out of the box in shipping and I never go around to getting a replacement). One day I decided to give Polk a call and see what the scoop was. A few weeks later I had a new set of spikes no charge :)
Immediately after installing them I noticed a deeper, tighter bass response. This gave the effect of having more bass. I don't know what I was thinking letting my LSI just sit all wobbly like on the carpet for so long. Dah well, live and learn....

I made mine out of some DH Labs Q-10 Biwire cable. There was a noticeable improvement over the brass jumpers.

I've heard that it's a good idea to match the jumpers with same cable you are using for speaker cable. I'm going to try this.

Almost anything is better than the brass jumpers.

Definately some juicy jumpers there. What am I looking at the back of, btw?
