I am curious about peoples experiences with swapping the brass jumper plates with jumpers of speaker cable. Post some picks, what brand you used, results, etc.

I swapped out the jumpers for some 12 gauge monoprice wire that I had. I also added spikes at the same time. There was a noticeable difference when I listened to them again. I am not sure which one made the bigger difference since i did them at the same time. It is a super cheap tweak to do. I would strongly recommend trying it to see if it makes a difference in your setup.Front - RTiA5's
Rear - RTiA3's
Center - CSiA4
Sub - PSW110 -
I had my LSI sitting on carpet, un-spiked for a while (one of the spikes must have fell out of the box in shipping and I never go around to getting a replacement). One day I decided to give Polk a call and see what the scoop was. A few weeks later I had a new set of spikes no charge
Immediately after installing them I noticed a deeper, tighter bass response. This gave the effect of having more bass. I don't know what I was thinking letting my LSI just sit all wobbly like on the carpet for so long. Dah well, live and learn....

I made mine out of some DH Labs Q-10 Biwire cable. There was a noticeable improvement over the brass jumpers.
I've heard that it's a good idea to match the jumpers with same cable you are using for speaker cable. I'm going to try this.
Almost anything is better than the brass jumpers. -
Definately some juicy jumpers there. What am I looking at the back of, btw?
