I have acquired a few extra parts over the last year or so, and I need to clear them out. Prices do not include shipping, as I have not packed them and checked pricing. If you think a price is too high, please send a PM.

Polk SL2000 tweeter pair (stamped Sept 86 from an SRS - I think I got these from a forum member?) - $20
Polk SL5501 tweeter single for RT12 and others (almost new - not quite burned in) - $30
Polk Monitor 5A crossover pair (1 has some damage; 1 is good) - $15
Polk Monitor 7B crossover pair - $30
Polk Monitor 7 crossover pair (1 is missing a part) - $20
Polk Monitor 7 passive pair (paper ring) - $30
Polk Monitor 7 cabinet/grill/emblem set (cabinets rough, grills ok, emblems missing “p”) - $10 if you take the set

comfortablycurt has 24hr dibs on the passives and a pair of 7 crossovers.

If bobman7 passes on the SL2000's, I am interested.

I'm on the dry side of the state.

Good lookin parts Cam, might be getting a pair of Monitor 10's here in the next couple of days. Supposedly they have a few pushed in dust caps on the drivers, but the tweets are fine, too bad you don't have any parts for them. Good luck with the sale.

Yes, $20 for the pair. I'll see if I can find a box and work on a ship cost this weekend.

When you get the 10s, let me know what drivers you end up with. I don't think they're usually the same as the Mon 7 anyway, but may have a spare I could get to you if it will work.

Polk SL5501 tweeter single for RT12 and others (almost new - not quite burned in) - $30

Do you know if this will work in an RT55? The so called Tri-laminate tweeter?
I will call Polk on Mon. to find out if there is no answer here.
    Thanks

I'm guessing it may "work", but I don't think it would be a match. I believe the 5501 is a silk dome, not a tri-laminate. I also don't know if the mounting hole is the same on the RT55. The RT12 has a completely round, slightly recessed opening.

Had to try. Still will call Polk CS on Mon. to find out what I am really supposed to have. thanks

They've got red turf now? Haven't been there in over 10 years.

Used to go see $1.50 movies at the Fox (before they remodeled to a perf arts venue) every weekend. And mtn bike at all the great trails over there. I need to come back over for a visit. Farthest I make it now is Yakima where I grew up. :o

Polk CS should be able to help. I've had much help from them on numerous occasions. If you want to do some used tweeter searching, pull the tweeter out...it should say what model it is on a sticker somewhere.

that would be too easy. to explain, I have the option on a pair with a bad tweeter, so am trying to find the replacement, and cost, before I invest in the speakers. will call polk on monday.
    thanks

sorry, the flange and mounting style are different. The RT55i's use a bezel that the tweeter is mounted into (Just like the RTi70's and your RT800i's Cameron)
And the SL5501 is a silk dome, vs the Tri-lam's...with it's own flange that is screwed into the front bezel.

Will do Cam, just picked them up a little over a week ago. Cleaned em up and they sound sweet. I'll have to pull the drivers out later today and see what is in there. I know they have the oeerless tweets though.
