Help! with KEF C25's

Hello,

I just inherited a little pair of C25's and one of the tweets is bad. I swapped them from right to left and the crossovers seem ok.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help on finding replacements or suggesting a different type of tweet that will work well.
