Record Store Day 2010

Now I've heard of Comic book day and Ice cream day, but I ran across this today.

since this is a Vinyl favored site I thought i'd see if anyone has heard of this before? looks like this is its 3rd year and seems to have some interesting releases for the day. I'm not currently into Vinyl, but it still might be fun to check out.

    My local record/used CD store is listed. If I remember, I'll check it out. But, I'm still not sure exactly what the event is. Are they just selling limited edition releases?

    that's what it looks like there are about 7 stores in austin that are participating.
