I can't remember if this has posted on the Forum before. I found it a good read and a great companion piece to the Humble Homemade Hi-Fi thread

"Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. Measurements can provide a measure of insight, but are no substitute for human judgment. Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. Differentiation by numbers is for those who do not".--Nelson Pass Pass Labs XA25 | EE Avant Pre | EE Mini Max Supreme DAC | MIT Shotgun S1 | Pangea AC14SE MKII | Legend L600 | BlueSound Node 3 - Tubes add soul!

so we are not actually going to talk about a capacitor.....well, I suppose the membership may not understand so the recommendation of a primer may actually be ok.

I don't know ..... I kind of enjoy posted links to topics; agreed that H9's linked site wasn't necessarily on the uber level of a DarqueKnight indepth power cord review, but .... what is ? (and that's a good thing ).
If I had a dime for every time I'm able to say, "Huh .... I didn't know that." my pants pockets would be jingling. Have to admit that beeswax caps were a new one on me but I'm running a Denon AVR so ..... no beeswax caps there, so I have an excuse .
Googling "beeswax caps" shows that ..... well, no need to worry about having enough reading material tonight.
Remember .... it's all good.Sal Palooza
