Okay, I made this to help some of the noobs out with there search woes. If you know any helpful search tips please post them here, maybe we can even get a mod to make it a sticky.
I'll start out.
I have seen a bunch of post where people cannot find what they are looking for because there is a 4 character minimum. If you are looking for some thing like "SDA", "R15", "CS2", etc. there is a few ways around this. The easiest of this would be to add an askterisk to the end of your term.
Example: SDA*
Another way you can do it is to use the google search function built into the site
Lastly you can go to google and do a search using polkaudio in front of your search criteria.
You can also do an advanced search on google. Click on advanced search on the google home page, or in an existing search.
In the domain field just put www.polkaudio.com. Don't for get to enter you criteria in one of the top 3 fields, and any thing you want to omit in the 4th.

There are a couple ways you can find user post/threads on this site. One way is to use the search function. You can click on search and type the users name, or click on advanced search and find post/threads by specific users by using the drop down box. Using advanced search will yield better results.
If you are reading a thread, and want to find more threads by a user you can click on there name, and then click on View public profile. On that screen click on Statistics. Then you will be able to view all post/threads by a specific user. you can also view some info on them as well.
