I've said this before, and i'll say it again.

The USPS needs to be disolved. It's one of the U.S Governments biggest money pit.

Please don't let this turn into a political debate, but Private Industry can do a MUCH better job than the USPS.

i also love when u track the order and u see it go from say cali to florida to ohio to mass to new york lol hardly ever a direct route

have fun with the new amp :) lol

Not related to this thread, but on the subject of shipping..I ordered some Altec Lansing 621's and the Nomad Jukebox 2 from QVC *building my credit* and they were set to arrive on the 9th and the 12th. Both of those suckers landed on my doorstep unexpectedly on the 2nd. Underpromise and overdeliver. I kinda like that approach. I'm sending back the 621's by the way, looking at the 641's or possibly a Klipsch Promedia system. Maybe I should start a thread about that huh. Wish Polk made a comparable preamped 2.1, 4.1, or 5.1 system for under 400 greenbacks.

We cant even find the USPS phone number. If i have to get my mom to take me up there they better have a good reason why it takes them 1.5 days to get from greensboro to here. Dang morons.

ATC and BDT, I know they have 1,000's of packages to deliver. But I am sure it dosnt take 12 plus hours to deliver them all in a 1 hours drive. If FedEx can do it in 2 days....USPS can too!

UPS has a much better tracking system than USPS. However they often are rough with their handeling of packages.

USPS's tracking system sucks big hairy balls. Its updated once a day at the same time, and its just a paragraph of nothing. UPS and FedEx have awesome tracking systems......

I like Fedex. USPS is federal money hole and it's slow. UPS plays medicine ball with the packages.

It's all I can say. I've been extremely impressed with the delivery service of all three major carriers. UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Always on time, always the day they promise, and always in mint condition. If you must ship USPS...be sure it's sent via Priority Mail, else you'll wait forever to get it. For me UPS ground is generally just as fast as regular FedEx 3-day select. Wish you the best of luck anyway.

Sid, ever consider the fact that your package weighs a ton compared to regular us mail that the postman just doesn't wanna deal with it ;)
