    They look like Technics to me. It is a part of a system, so it could also be something like Sanyo or some other lower end system speaker.
    Polk HT system 1: LSIC, LSI25 mains, LSI F/X rears, Lsi F/X rear centers,
    Yamaha RX-V2500 System, Carver A753 3 channel amp.

    well... Peerless made a very nice nice, and widely used, AlNiCo 2" cone tweeter back in the old days - and, as I recall, Dick Sequerra's current loudspeaker uses a cone tweeter.
