Polka Atrium outdoor speakers

Are these suitable for indoor use in a boat, 12v car-stereo system? Will they deliver good sound playing music together with an amp and active sub?

    Outdoor speakers in general are marketed as indoor/outdoor speakers. Regarding being certified for a boat, if it is marine certified you are good to go.
