I was just about to start a thread. Good on 'ya.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

    whoops:
Trying to embed The Replacements. I suck. How's that for the "DIY aesthetic"?

I dated a girl that worked at an indy record store who gave me a copy of Sister Lovers. I really didn't appreciate it at the time but I found myself listening to it a few weeks ago and really liking it. A profound sound, especially given the year it was released but it can be appreciated or despised depending on your mood. It was also released with several different track compilations, track order, and cover art. The one I have is the fairly rare blue woman profile cover art.

I never would have met her in the era of music downloads. I wish I could remember her name.
