I just bought
I just bought help to you guys:sub PSW10, Cs20, 2 TSi 500 (frontal), 2 TSi 200 (surrounds), but know i have a question. Because i have a 7.1 (onkyo TX-SR 606), what kind of speakers I buy as my rear surround speakers? I was thinking on TSi 100 but, I don't know if that would be the best option for me. Thank you in advance for your help.

Also, what kind of wire I need? Where can I buy the wire for all my speakers? Any recommendation?

14awg wire is enough for your speakers. You can get it for a good price at monoprice http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10239&cs_id=1023902&p_id=2791&seq=1&format=2). But beware that at this moment, monoprice is only accepting paypal or checks due to stolen credit card information. Not sure how much wire you need, so I linked the 100ft spool. They have shorter lengths as well.

What about the bananas?

You can buy those at monoprice or ebay as well. It all kind of depends on what type of budget you have for your wire. You can go inexpensive, but good, or you can get super pricey.

Get the closed screw banana plugs at Monoprice. I use them and like them a lot for the price.

100s would be fine as rear surrounds...there IS NOT MUCH INFORMATION BACK THERE ON ANY SOUNDTRACK YET! And probably never will be, they just add some more dimensionality to the surround experience.
If you have the space and can find some way to mount them the 200s would also do the trick!
You may strain the Onkyo's reserves though so you might be safer with TSI-100s back there!
