I know alot has been said about customer service, both good and bad. This is my experience. decided to replace the stock SL3000 in my RTA 15t with RDO198-1. In addition one of my NW6510 on my SDA1C was making a funny noise and needed a replacement.
Got on the phone monday morning and left a message at 930 am. Within 5 minutes recieved a call back from Helen Yarbor at from the parts dept. placed the order over the phone and expected to wait another week before I would see the parts.
At 145 pm today knock on the door and low and behold FedEx with my parts. Couldn't get any better. :)
