I just bought a Jolida JD 801A tube amp of C/L it has 70wpc.

I have never used a tube amp and it has two connectors for each speaker on the back 4 ohm and 8 ohm.

I looked up my manual for the 1C's and it says 6 ohm nominal, so which one do I use on the amp, 4 or 8 ohm?

Also does anyone have the manual or know where I can get one for the Jolida, the guy who sold it to me couldn't find it and isn't sure when the bias settings were set last.

Any help would be appreciated.

Use the 4ohm for your 1Cs.

I have an Anthem AMP 1 with 4 and 8 ohm, I use 4ohm. I believe the 1Cs will dip into the 4ohm area at times.
