I'm on break waiting for the next greatest toy to come out. My last bike the MV Agusta.
I've been looking for a Ducati Desomosedici, but have yet to find one out here. But here she is with a ton of mods and carbon fiber . It truly is the Ferrari of sportbikes.

I am just starting. We got Suzuki GS500F.
Weather in Canada sucks, so will start riding either last week of March, or 3rd week of April (after I'll come back from the place where the weather is nice - almost next door to exalted512).Panasonic PT-AE4000U projector for movies

YES!!! 193hp, 83 lbs of torque, tips the scales at 450lbs ready to ride (wet weight, 400 dry).
and it can do this:

Well, he should get me and him one of the s1000rr's, and he'd still have 40k left compared to the desmo

I am also on a break right now. Sold my SV last fall. Deciding if/what I want next. The wife thinks I should hang up my helmet, but I don't know if I can just yet.
Here was the SV not long before I sold it. It was modded to the hilt with a GSXR front end and a whole slew of other changes.
For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore... -
Here's my kick-**** 1983 Yamaha XS400k Maxim
And here's my even more kick-****, yet non-running, 1981 Yamaha XS850 Triple Special
If I had a pretty bike, I wouldn't want to ride it, for fear of getting it dirty. I like having old, grungy, cheap bikes. Not much to look at, but they still go like stink and I don't have to worry about hurting them!Ludicrous gibs! -
Imagine how much it would've cost me if I'd had a new bike and did this -
What did it cost me? $50 for a set of forks off eBay, and another $100 to rebuild them because the seals were leaking.Ludicrous gibs! -
I never would've done this to a nice, new bike-

I am into the older Kaw's. I have several. The current "rider" is a 77' KZ1000 that is basically stock other than the Plum collored bodywork and grape frame, the Accel wires and coils, Dyna ignition, and Kerker header (no baffle of course). Nothing sounds like a vintage Kaw with an unbaffled Kerker.
There is also the under construction 75' Z1-900 that has been raked 7 degrees, 6+ swingarm, 1397cc, Hilborn injection, Vertex mag, Falicon crank, billet tranny, etc... And then the drag bike... Oh, and the '74 Z1 that is in pieces.
And the hundreds of parts, oem and aftermarket, to go along with them.
I don't have any pics of the '77 on computer (gotta be on a disc somewhere), but can take some if I have to. -
I think I'm taking my bike (2007 Honda Shadow 750) out of winter storage this week. Might hit 60 around here.
Nadams, I had (well, technically still have) that same bike! '81 Midnight Special! That thing goes like a raped ape. Great little bike, I just had about a million electrical problems with it, I ended up re-wiring the whole damned bike by the time I was done. Eventually it needed to have the carbs re-done and I just didn't want to put in the effort anymoreIf you will it, dude, it is no dream. -

I mostly ride a 2007 Suzuki V-Strom 650 ("Wee"-Strom).
It is a good do-everything bike for me. It has the semi-sport bike V-twin engine from the SV retuned for torque, handle bars, suspension, and tires are quasi-dual-purpose. It has a comfortable seat, luggage capacity and gets 50 to 60 mpg, dead reliable, and is cheap to buy insure. A little weird but it grows on you since it does so many things so well (Like I tell my wife I am).Norh ACA-2B tube pre, Sumo Andromeda SS amp. 2008 CBR1000RR. Sold the Blackbird to my neighbor. Weather is nice mid 70's here, perfect for riding.

Wife "convinced" me to sell it a few years ago. This time of the year when I start seeing them on the road I really miss it. I told her I would get another one when our youngest finishes college....

This is an old thread that died fast, so I figured I'd try getting it going again. It's an '04 I got in Sept '10 with 432 miles on it. Added Pipes, ORK (oil filter relocation kit) and POD air cleaners. I plan on adding risers over the winter.
Put away for the winter.

Here's a pic of my 2009 Yamaha FZ-6, upside-down, on top of the BMW that ran a stop sign and hit me this past July. I am not currently riding, but I will be before too long.
BTW, I landed 60ft away from the site of the crash. I was wearing excellent gear.

Got a new suit ordered, should be here in February. Next season starts up in March, so she's back in street trim. I ride year around.

I ride, I have 96 Harley Davidson FXDL (Dyna Lowrider for those that don't speak HD) that is done up with Apes, forward controls, 21inch spoked in front with dual PM brakes and solid disc rear.
I also put on a touring seat instead of the mustang it came with. That thing sucked.
I will have to find a pic for you all. -
Too much **** to list....
