Hi all,
Just bought Adcom gfa 555 and bi amp with my monitor 70's...Sounds fantastic.
But I have a question, should i turn power switch off or leave it on all the time after listening?
does adcom have auto on/off function?
Many thanks,

I always turn my 545 off.
However, I don't really turn it on/off throughout the day. I usually turn it on about 20-30 minutes before my first listening session of the day, and I leave it on for the rest of the day until I'm done with my final listening session.
I've found that it does sound much better with about a half hour of warm up. It can be a little harsh until it's warmed up properly. The nirvana inducer-

My Adcom goes on in the AM when I'm ready to listen to something and goes off at night before bed.____________________________________________________________

Thanks all for clearing my question.

I left my 565s on 24/7 as did the previous owner. The fellow who owns them now does the same. Leaving solid state gear powered up definitely extends the life of the product.
