Yes, I ordered a Sony ES minidisc deck for a friend, and on another occasion, I ordered the Pioneer Elite receiver, both came within 3 days, well packed and of course I didn't discuss the warranty issues as your requested.

$850 doesn't sound like it's much less than what you could get it for from a normal retailer. If you were going to save at least a couple hundred, fine, but for this, I'd do retail and be assured that your unit is covered completely..........comment comment comment comment. bitchy.
