When you convert the euro price to USD, it's about $4,100. Still cheaper than a Toyota Pious, minus the braking and acceleration problems:p

Drop the price to about $200, increase the speed to at least a minimum of 25mph and then maybe I'll bite, until then, no way. That thing is laughable.

If you look at the website, they've uploaded videos of various situations, including pot holes. Seems to do pretty well.

That thing is an exercise in stupidity . . . just another invention from the galactically "Green" and retarded crew. Made to replace a car? Where's the trunk space?

That's called a 'backpack', and the glove-box is called a fannypack.

I predict, that by 2020, you'll be restircted to one of these things or a Segway, in places like SF.

Really? That's how you react to someones invention? Even if I personally wouldn't ever plunk that kind of coin down for what it is, I can at least recognize that it's something unique and would serve a huge purpose for people wanting alternatives to driving to work.

Just because it's not a viable alternative for YOU and all the crap you carry around in your car doesn't mean that it isn't a great option for people in big cities.

I like it.....think it would be fun to test out sometime.

Brett beat me to it. YOu guys can **** on anything. I think it's a neat invention, just for portability reasons. That thing is AMAZINGLY small and light. THe Jetsons aspect alone is enough reason to think it's cool. :)
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

The ONLY way I'd ever own something that ridiculous is if it had a V8 powering it......and it'd have to have 3 carburetors as a way of giving the middle finger to all those people who are forcing me to ride that ridiculous device.

Also recently invented: underwear that resist the urge to climb up your ****......true story.
