I have a scenario that I can't quite figure out. I have limited troubleshooting exp. and very little time so i'll run this by you guys first.

Alright, I hit the road for work at 2:30 in the afternoon.

Turn on radio.....everything is in order.....sounds great......3:00 I turn off my truck.....go to work.

2:07 AM I get in my tacoma, crank it up, turn on radio...??????!!!!!!!!

The sound from the right woofer is normal level, but seems to be quiet or not on, because the left woofer is receiving a lot of energy.

What Im saying is its like the sound has shifted to the left.
But, if I fade to the right woofer and adjust the volume up to near max its normal.

If I do this on the left side I stop about half volume.

Im thinking the amp (PA500.4) was damaged by the CD5000 Eclipse I gladly just swapped for my Pioneer.
Pioneer - DEH-80PRS
Polk Audio - PA 500.4
Subamps?
Mids: Polk Audio - SR6500
Tweeters: Viva XT 25 SC 90 - 04

Wiring?

Btw I forgot to say that this scenario happens every day.

Sounds great in the afternoon and horrible in the am on the way home.

    It varies but very little.

the easiest thing to do is swap the RCA inputs on the amp and see if the problem switches sides. If it does its the radio or the cables. If is doesn't switch then the problem is with the amp, speaker or wiring. Once you determine this then substitute equiptment until problem goes away...
