I finally needed new tubes for the jolida 502. There seemed to be lots of good things about the GL reissues. So I ordered a set from Jim Shane. Got them quick and they sound wonderful. The amp is quieter than ever, the bass is the best ever. I have 20 hrs on them by now and they sound so good. Very happy to hear what this amp is capable of. Now it I can only get the Lighter note pre amp finished.

Nice. I think all the new 'reissues' sound great with excellent build quality. Both Russian and Chinese power tubes have really improved with greater selections than 10 years ago. The future for tube audio looks bright.
