RTI Line on short supply?

Hi I made up my mind to buy the rti a7, csi a6 and Fxi a4 as my new setup and i am wondering why those speakers are not available to buy from polk audio directly "you must call for availability." and many online dealers are out of stock or low on stock of the entire RTI line.


are those speakers are being phased out and new RTI line is coming or there is a shortage since i been following it for 2 months and i just see decrease in quantity available.?:confused:

The reason I am asking is that i must wait a week or so to buy them and I dont want them to be out of stock.

If am asking silly questions excuse me I am new to this hobby.

    They've been discontinued for a while and were replaced with the RTiA series.

    No clue here. Maybe there's just a shortage of them currently and they're building stock back up.


    edit-Just checked around.

    Polk has them directly for sale on my end. I didn't check their ebay store though.

    Amazon has RTiA7's in both cherry and black, Crutchfield has A7's, but only in cherry currently.

    I just called the phone number that it tells you to call to check for availability. They're just running low on them at this specific location. They aren't phasing them out or anything, they're waiting for more shipments to come in.

    WOW thanks for extreme fast replies....

    I will buy them form Crutchfield as soon as possible hopefully they will be in stock a week from now :) I think am going paranoid

    This is the first speakers i will buy that cost more than $50 LOL

    Yeah, they wouldn't be phasing them out yet. The RTiA line has only really been out for 2-2.5 years IIRC.


    Sounds like they've been in high demand, if stocks running low! Hopefully they'll get them built back up soon.
