What I have are some ls90's, with a ls350 center, psw300 sub with some ls-fx? surrounds. All bought new many years ago. Kinda have some dings and scraps. 1 tweeter sounding bad up front in one of the 90's. Looking to replace the fronts and center. Probably get rid of the sub and not replace, Maybe. I have an Onkyo 805 avr. Not looking to add an amp to my preouts. Really only listen to ht and alot of fox news......Probably get more responses on fox than the speakers.... Looking for something clear. Clear dialog is just as important as anything. I have been looking at RTIa9 with a csia6 center. Nowhere close to me to listen to these so most likely will be online purchase. I really like the sound of what I have but looking for something new. I used to have a Onkyo 939 hooked up to this but it died awhile ago. The new and 75 % cheaper 805 sounds so much better than my 939 did. Just looking for buying advise on this. Almost been tempted to look at some Klipsch but then it would cost me more since I'm sure I would have to replace my surrounds also. Any power concerns? I dont want to have to go out and buy a amp. Been down that road before. Just kinda like to keep things simple anymore. My 90's seem to have enough bass without the sub anymore.. Guess I'm getting old. Turned 44 last month. All opinions respected.... Just not all taken.
Thanks!

Newer isn't always better IMO. The LS90's are some very sought after semi-vintage speakers. If it was me I'd spend $50 on a replacement tweeter and call it a day. If they're a little banged up you could veneer them. Just my .02....

You have a great front and center already.I ran that same front 3 for years.I would pick up 2 tweeters and replace both fronts at the same time.....If you use the system more for HT you arent going to find much better unless you spend a lot. If your looking for more of a 2 channel set up there are choices for you..but the 90's are no slouches either...and the 350 center is one of the best and fantastic for HT and TV
