What duties, taxes, other fees can I expect if I buy a cable from Canadian seller?l

If I am interested in buying an used audio cable from someone in Canada, what sorts of duties, taxes, or any other fee could I expect to be assessed on package?

Please specify whether it a fee imposed by Canadians or US and whether it is typically collected from buyer or seller?

    None if done properly. Easy : used audio cable worth about 20$ have them mark it as a gift. Done it many times. Never had any issues or anyone complain
