tsi 300 set up
I have not owned speakers that have two connectors so I am confused about how to connect to the receiver. The online help is not "helpful." Can anyone walk me through this?
I have a new onkyo home theater receiver but do not plan on using all the bells and whistles. I just want to listen to music. So the tsi 300 are my only speakers. I will probably use cd player/ipod and radio.
Thanks
Bonnie

The speakers should have a golf connection "bridge" between the upper and lower binding posts. So in this set up, it doesn't matter which posts you connect to. The biggest thing is just to connect positive to positive, negative to negative between speaker and amplifier.
We've really liked our TSi300s. Hope you enjoy yours too!AVR: Denon X3200W

They have two sets of binding posts to allow bi-wiring, or bi-amping. If you're not planning on wiring them that way, they're hooked up just like any normal speaker.
Hook it up to either the bottom pair, or the top pair. It doesn't make a difference either way.The nirvana inducer-
