PSW505 with Polk RM Speakers

I have a PSW 505 sub and the Polk RM 85 speakers for surround. I read the manual on the sub and there are basically three options of how to hook it up. Right now I have it hooked up using the LFE cable. My question is, would it be better to hook up the front R/L speakers to it like the first option in the manual gives and set the speakers to Large, or just leave it the way it is? Is there really that much of a difference if I were to change it? I am using a Denon 1910 receiver if that makes a difference.

I thought that it sounded great the way that I have it using the LFE, I just didn't know if it would sound better. Thanks for the advice, I'll leave it the way it is and play around with the settings to see if I can get it to sound any better or not. Thanks.
