My father passed away last year on March 20, 2009. Tomorrow, February 27th is his birthday. James j. Geraghty, born Feb 27th 1944 in Newport, Rhode Island. A Masters degree in U.S. History, and American Foreign Policy, an incredible passionate drive for education, and 35 years of service as an educator at Barrington high school, Barrington R.I. 3 children, and 4 grandchildren. Some of his students would admiringly refer to him as "Chief"
Well heres to you Chief. Salute, and Happy Birthday, i miss you much. Thank you for the memories, i love you.

My Dad died the summer of 2008..so I understand your loss, except that yours is even more difficult because my father was in his mid-eighties and had lived a good long life..he went quickly.
I hope they're both in 'good hands', now!
