I've just bought the CD DTS 5.1 version of the Wings "Band on the Run", they did a good job of re-produced the 5.1 track on this classical album. Pretty cool...(Mrs. Vanderbilt" is terrific).

He's like barely legal and he's talking about a band that ceased to exist YEARS before he was born?? (Granted, they did suck. But at least it wasn't Paul McCartney SOLO, which was infinitely WORSE. At least WINGS had good musicians going for it. Except for his goofy wife. No amount of great Beatles songs will get him forgiveness for "Silly Lovesongs.")
And he's effing with my Polk tag over there on the left...
STOP THAT!

Oh....I agree with Micah. The Beatles DO suck!

There are 4 good songs on this album; I did not buy any other Wings' album but this one. The 5.1 high-resolution tracks added some dimension to this classical rock song; I don't think they're suck at all, who the heck care about Linda anyway? -

Hey, it was a great band. For about a moment. And I guess if you had to buy a Wings album, albeit in 5.1, you'd get the best deal from "Band on The Run." If you had to...
But why not buy the Emerson Lake & Palmer "Brain Salad Surgery" 5.1 disc, and really rip the top of your head right off with truly incredible music?
Paul used it to test his equipment in an article in the upcoming issue of the newspaper (mails in a week or so), and even he was blown away by it.
