Saw these speakers at a local pawn shop. I've read the specs here on the Polk site, but is anyone familiar with these and have some feedback on performance? How old is this model? What product line were they matched with? Good sound? What would be reasonable price to pay for a pair? Thanks

OK, I think I answered some of my own questions. Sometimes the fingers are quicker than the brain. I should have done a search first, which I just did. Looks like the T20e are the European version of M30's. Is that correct? The feedback in the old threads are decent, but still looking for verification. Thinking of these for an inexpensive pair of rear surrounds, but don't want to arbitrarily sacrifice quality for price. Thoughts?

They are the European designation for the Monitor series...not the M Series. Check out the Monitor 30 and you will see the specs are identical. The only difference is that Polk inverted the tweeter between the two...which is really no big deal given the size of the speaker. I've heard the monitor 30s and they are nice bookshelves in their own right...especially if the price is right. I wouldn't hesistate to use them as the only speaker in an office or desktop rig.
