Is there a Co-op mode in MW2? I know it has multiplayer, but I'm looking specifically for a 2 player kinda of things where 2 guys can team up.

There are 3 game modes, single, co-op and multiplayer. The co-op is NOT two people teaming up for the single player campaign though. Its called spec-ops and its various 2 player (most can be played solo but there are a few that cannot) levels where there is a specific objective that needs to be achieved.
Its really fun, but it would have been nice to have co-op on the campaign as well.
Sorry if my spelling sucks, I'm really tired for some reason..

I dunno, I didn't have too much fun with spec ops. I remember having a lot more fun with gears of war or halo in co-op. Maybe it was just the person I was playing with but I definitely wouldn't buy MW2 just for co-opAVR: H/K AVR240

Spec Ops is a nice bonus mode, but shouldn't be the sole reason you buy the game. IMHO, the best co-op game in recent memory is Borderlands. It's a first-person shooter with RPG elements that you can play 4-player co-op, and it's an absolute blast. Plus, it has some of the best downloadable content of any game I've played, and the new expansion for it (The Secret Armory of General Knoxx) adds 20-30 new enemies, new vehicles, and raises the level cap from 50 to 61.
Alternately, hold out for Splinter Cell: Conviction. It looks to have some great 2-player co-op modes, though you still can't play the campaign in co-op.Equipment list:

I don't see it coming for PS3
