Would it be worth it for me to bi-wire my new 70s given that my Onkyo is only 75w x7 channels? is all I have to do is run another set of wires to the second set of terminals?

Thanks Gentleman (and Ladies).

You will probably need the power to wake them up, but then you lose two channels. Maybe external amp?

Save the money on the cables. Bi-wiring from an AVR isn't going to yield you any real improvements. A better AVR or an external amp will give you the best results. You may need both if your Onkyo doesn't have preouts. Have you listened to the 70's yet? They're pretty easy to drive and should already sound pretty good with what you're using . . .
