New SVS's subs

didn't see this posted at all yet but they are coming out with the SB-16 Ultra. Sealed with a 1.2K digital amp. looks nice with the 2,700 price tag.
I wonder if the 13 with then be discounted or what might happen...hmm discount???

    I'm all for new SVS products, but I really wish they would make something to top the Ultra. Give us something to go crazy about like a PB13U/Plus 2. All the other sub companies are making insane offerings like Conquest, ED had some extreme ones also. I know SVS builds some awesome products, but for once I would like to see them push the envelope just a tad.

    +1 they need something insane. The sb16 should be great for music lovers

    He stopped being relevant in the 80's.

    It's nice to see different offerings from SVS...they do make an exceptional product, but I'll stick with my dual Velo SPL-1200R's.

    I've been eyeing their rebadged Audyssey Sub Equalizer though.

    I can assure you I wasn't looking for it. Just because he continued to make a couple things, ran away and recently has begun to cash in on his own name doesn't mean anything to me. He's a rube and looks like one to boot.

    And Sunfire subwoofers suck.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Hmm I think it'll be interesting to see how these will play out against the current models. It seems to me the design and everything is more tailored to that for music rather than being an HT sub just by well one its description and everything.

    I was thinking maybe at some point picking up a 12 or 13 ultra but who knows. Too many choices and not enough money lol.
