As a newbie to the Polk range I'm VERY impressed with the sound so far.
I'm a bit thick when connecting things together, so please assist here.
I have one sub output on my SRS 595 Receiver. Which port, L or R do I plug into the sub?
Or, do I need to bridge the L and R channels and plug into the bridge?

yes, you can get a Y adapter sold at circuit city and run a single sub cable from the receivers single sub out to the Y adapter and into the sub L/R,MY HT RIG:
Sherwood p-965
Sherwood sd871 dvd
Rotel 1075 amp x5
LSI15 mains
LsiC center
LSIfx surround backs
Lsi7 side surrounds
SVS pb12/plus2
2 Channel Rig:
nad 1020 Pre-amp
Rotel 1080 stereo amp
Polk sda 2B
kenwood grunt Tuner
realistic lab 450 TT
Signal cable IC -
Or you can run the sub out cable into either the left or the right on the amp to accomplish the same thing without having to buy a y adapter. Using the y adapter will give you a net gain of about 3db. This is not necessary as it will only result in lowering the volume knob on your sub amp...so i would recommend saving the cash...
