Advice on Car Audio set up

I have DB 6500 components in the front of my car along with DB691 6by9 3 way speakers in the rear deck. In the trunk I have two 10' subs model: DB1040 single voice coil running off of Polk Audio C400.4.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set up my speakers to maximize my sound?
I drive a 2004 Mitsubishi Galant
