the reason i was asking is that, I own a pair of RT35. and C.C. will give me a pair of RT600 for $300.00.
So I was wondering if I sould get them ? and replace my RT35's.

The RT35i's are excellent speakers. I listened to them but ended up buying the 55's because they'll play a little louder and go a little deeper in the bass. And for $400 I think they're a teriffic bargin.

As far as the 600's vs. 35's, though, it probably should come down to whether you would prefer bookshelf or floor-standing speakers. Performance wise, I don't think the difference would be worth $300 to me. But I've only heard the 600's at CC.

If you want an improvement for your dollar... trade up fromt the 35's to the 55's... It will cost you a lot less and give you a whole lot more than the single driver can offer.. must my 2 cents...

I agree with Thomas, the RT55i's are by far the best speaker for the money since they're selling for $400.
