Are these worth $50?

A guy I found locally that I am selling a guitar too has these Polk's. He said if I knock $50 off the price of the guitar he'd let me have these. Thoughts?

They look like SL2500, I think.

Those speaker are Monitor 5JR+ series 2. 6.5" woof; 6.5" passive, sl2500 tweeter. $50 is a fair price if they are in very good condition.
