New home theater, Rotel?

OK, so we are adding on to our house and part of the addition is a 16 X 23 dedicated home theater room. This room is in the basement with no windows and a solid, sealed door. When this room is complete, I want to upgrade to separates. After a couple of years reading these forum threads Ive narrowed it down to B&K, Anthem or Rotel. I am leaning towards the Rotel RSP-1098 (just cause I think the LCD display is cool!). Now for the amps.
This room will be set up as a 7.1 system. I will also run 2-chanel in the bar area (next to the theater). So does this mean I need 3 amps total if I go with Rotel? One for center and surround RMB-1075 (120x5 into 8 ohms), one for main speakers in the theater RB-1070 (130x2 into 8 ohms), then one more RB-1080 (?) for 2-channel? Would you notice the mains in the theater having 10 more watts than the other speakers? I will be using a Middle Atlantic pull-out rack for the gear, so space is not a concern. I think 3 Rotel amps would probably cost about the same as say 2 B&K amps (one 7 & one 2 channel).
Am I on the right track, or should I scratch the whole idea and use my h/k and save the money for

I dont think you would notice the extra 10 watts, those two amps are fine. I dont think you need a third rotel, you definitely need a third amp to run the scenario that you are talking about, but if its just going to be bar background music, why waste a nice rotel on it. I would buy something cheap off ebay and hide it somewhere so it doesnt mess up the look of your rack.
