Sharp LED Television - channel question

So the new Sharp LED television my fiance and I purchased recently is simply great. We're loving the picture quality to say the least. :)

Although we have one nagging question. We can not figure out for the life of us how to DELETE channels that the TV included during its automatic channel search feature.

The manual doesn't say a word about it. We simply want to be able to go through and zap any individual channels we don't want - such as some of the analog stations that also have a higher quality HD digital version...oh yeah, and HSN! LOL

Thanks in advance if anyone has a secret we've missed. :)

Are you watching through Cable/Dish? If so, cable boxes and dish boxes are all programmable.

No. Cable straight into the TV.

So I need to figure out something on the Sharp TV itself.

Read page 24 of your manual where it says CH Setup and then under CH Memory. Looks to me like you can delete channels at will.

Yeah - the manual is the first place we went. The channel 'skip' feature isn't working for us, since we used the ez tune set-up I assume. There are enough channels that I'd like to not have to delete everything and try to slog it out one at a time. It's not a very straightforward process due both to the TV itself, and the completely haphazzard manner in which Comcast numbers and groups their channel listings. Oh Comcast - you brilliant bunch of imbeciles!
