Very nice! That's a great sounding pair of speakers! I doubt I'll ever get rid of my Peerless 7A's.

$75 is a great price. Good luck finding anything new that's going to sound half as good for that price.

The cabinets look a bit rough...but making them shine like new wouldn't be too hard.

It's a vinyl veneer. It looks pretty nice considering that fact though. I plan on refinishing my 7A's in some real wood veneer eventually.

ehh...I don't know yet. Some walnut would basically retain the factory look, but I think some rosewood or something like that would look really nice.

I,ve emailer the seller and found that he is a professional A/V installer and into stereo gear a lot, including tubes. This might spell trouble for me due to him being so close to my house !:D PS: those 7Bs WILL be mine.

They were at $65 up until the last 5 seconds, then a sniper bid $83.87. Not even close, as I had a $130 bid limit entered. So for $83.87 I'm very happy to have some Peerless tweeter, Mon.7Bs !!:D

Congrats! Not bad for missing the BIN price. I have had the set Ricardo sold for a couple of weeks and have enjoyed the heck out of 'em.

Yup, still haven't messed with it yet becaue I'm not really "up to speed" on the dual voice coil thing. It is BIG, and I'm not sure the spousal unit is gonna allow it in the house anyway! It's probably going to stay in my shop to rattle stuff of the shelves.:)
