Hello guys. I finally got my RTiA7's today and I was unscrewing the tightening bolts out of the post in the back of my right speaker and one of the bolts (a black one) fell out of my hand and went inside the bass port. I tilted the speaker left and right and I could hear the thing rattling inside. I could not shake the thing out since the speaker itself weighs 50 or so lbs! What do I do? I called Crutchfield and they said to call back tomorrow morning and speak to a supervisor because they could probably replace the speakers for me. The guy I spoke with at Crutchfield tonight did not know whether or not I would have to pay for the shipping myself. I was so frustrated I cried. Does anyone know how to get the thing out from inside?

Just take out the bottom driver and reach in and get it. Shouldn't be to hard, if you have an Allen wrench.

another possibility the bolt not making any noise is it possibly got stuck in the padding wool what is inside..... try the stick magnet method,
or remove one of the Drivers and disconnect it then you will have better access to take the bolt out.
