Not sure if it would be an upgrade or not to be honest. I have never heard either of the ones you have mentioned, although I have just recently gotten my hands on a pair of TSi 500's on demo. I know they are completely different speakers, but in the same line so I would assume they would have about the same "sound" I'll say that I am impressed with the 500's so far, and will be doing an extensive A/B with my Monitor 70's soon. Back to your original question though, the RT10's have one mid/woofer (7 1/2") and the TSi's have 2 (5 1/4") The TSi's have a better overall frequency range (43-25KHz) as opposed to the RT's 30Hz - 25kHz. The RT's have a better Lower -3dB Limit (42) as opposed to the TSi's 50Hz. Upper -3dB Limit is about the same for both, as is recommended amplifier power. The RT10's are nearly twice the size of the 200's and weigh almost 4 times as much. All the technical mumbo jumbo aside, I have no idea how this relates to how they sound, so if you can go to your local BB and see if you can listen to them, they should have them in stock on the floor. If not, try Huppins or another HiFi store nearby. The TSi's are Polk's newest release and are still pretty easy to find in stores. Good luck.
