Looks great! You're going to have to host a few parties once you get the whole place buttoned down!

    Is that your hand??

    Ok, that makes sense...haha.

You can still color me very impressed with the amazing transformation your place has undergone, though!

    lol thanks Man...

With the help of Russ and my handy carpentry skills and tape's painting abilities -- the house is coming along...

Tom throws in a hand or two with dodging telephone calls and stuff -- not like he is working a gazillion hours right now at his new job...

    ;)

    Just an update --

As of this moment the entire back end of the house has new sheetrock - walls and ceilings...

90% of the wiring is done as far as networking. Russ still has to run lights in the bedrooms -- and get juice to them...

I picked up a new bigger hot water heater today to replace the old one --- Russ is also replacing some of the older galvanized pipe in the house...

We are waiting on Tom to mud -- he is not returning phone calls as previously stated ;)

Once Tom works his magic - I am going to buy new interior doors and frames.... install those -- then replace the frames on the new frames with matching wood --- I figure it would be easier to get new doors with matching frames -- purely because the old doors are two hinge designs and pretty beat up and have a ton of paint on them...

Once the new doors are hung - retrim the rooms and windows.... PAINT

    then floor.

While I wait on Tom to mud and while Tom is mudding - the kitchen will be top priority - patching up paint and finishing the doors and stuff in there...

Same thing goes with the Den - little bit of touch up stuff in there that needs to be done...

    So Tom call me!
