H/K AVR-330 No sound

I was listening to music on my H/K receiver tonight, and all of a sudden no sound would come from any of the speakers. It's currently hooked up to 4 speakers and one sub. I've had no issues with it up until now, and it's about 3 years old. I tried unplugging the amp, and plugging it back in. I tried different outputs, using ps3, dvr, and pc. I also tried the built in test. Everything is still plugged in.
I tried pulling up the manual online, but I'm not seeing it on the Harman Kardon's site. I wanted to know if you guys have any suggestions on what could be causing this issue, and things to try on fixing it.
Thanks.

Thanks. I know it's not in protection mode, because the power light isn't red. I did see there is a processor reset, and they did mention to try unplugging it for at least 3 minutes I only gave it about 30 seconds. I'm hoping it's nothing serious. It must be Karma I picked an H/K avr-320 for a great price this weekend in downtown Dallas called First Saturday. I was going to use that as a spare until I got another set of speakers guess it was good timing on finding this one.Setup:

Well I just tried the reset on the H/K 330 and it didn't change anything. I switched everything to the h/k 320 and everything was working fine for the past 4 hours. Now the 320 just powered off on it's own, I turned it back on it'll work for a couple minutes and do it again.
I'm not sure what's going on. The 330 I've had no issues for the last 3 years. I have it set up the same way on 320. 2-channel amp to parasound 2-channel pre-amp, then I'm running 2 interconnects to the h/k 320 to the front's preouts. The surround sound speakers are connected directly to h/k.
The preamp configuration is odd, I guess I can take it out of the equation, but I dont think that is the issue.
Any ideas?Setup:
