Need help creating a restore DVD

Next month I am taking 3 laptops to the Philippines and donating them to a school in a very poor area. I am installing licensed copies of XP and some other basic software. Many of the students don't even have electricity at home and have never seen a computer.

I need to create a restore DVD so they can restore the laptops back after they get messed up(believe me, it won't take long).

I can either ghost the image(version 7.5) and store it on a small FAT32 partition at the end of the drive and build a boot DVD with a batch file that automatically runs ghost and reimages the first partition, or put the image on a bootable DVD that is completely automated once it is put in the cdrom.

I know how to use ghost using the gui but writing a batch file using the Ghost DOS commands is too much for me. Can anyone help me create one of these 2 scenarios? Is there another way that might be easier?

Thanks
